What is healthy diet? a healthy diet is a combination of Proteins, Carbs, Fats, Fibers, Vitamins in an adequate quantity. Some people think that they should not eat the fats and the fat should be permanently avoided from their life but it is beneficial for us. The excess of Fats makes us look fatty. Guys, Try to eat the food rich in Protein, it gives you muscle strength and POWER, you should eat fruits because they are rich in vitamins, The Vitamins speed up the metabolism and the renewing of cells is carried by Vitamins.
